Velocity Vehicle Group in Conway, SC seeks a Parts Warehouse Associate / Administrative Support to handle daily warehouse tasks and provide admin help to the Parts Department. You will manage parts intake, inventory records, and documentation while supporting customers and internal teams in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role combines physical warehouse duties with clerical work, requiring organization, attention to detail, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of warehouse, inventory, shipping & receiving, parts, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in trucking/auto/dealership industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory-control practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn parts catalogs, inventory-management, and dealership-management systems.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming parts and materials.
• Label, organize, stock, and store parts in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for internal departments and customers.
• Enter data into inventory-management systems and maintain records.
• Assist with administrative tasks and vendor communications.
