Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support parts distribution across its branch network. Responsibilities include picking, packing, forklift operation, and pallet building to ensure timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and safety, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, at multiple dealership locations. A strong work ethic and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass required drug test and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs from ground unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well individually and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing truck parts for all branches in the network.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and order pickers for order pulling.
• Sort products transferred between branches.
• Build pallets and shipping cages for delivery with the team.
• Report quality issues to supervisor.
• Weigh, wrap, and load materials on trucks for next-day delivery.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Picking and Packing truck parts for all branches within the Allstate Peterbilt Group Network.
• Daily utilization of Sit-down forklifts, and order pickers to pull orders.
• Accurately sorting products transferred between branches.
• Working as a team to safely build pallets and shipping cages for delivery.
• Reporting quality issues to immediate supervisor.
• Weighing, wrapping, and loading materials on trucks for next day delivery.
• Helping to maintain warehouse accuracy, organization and cleanliness.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Ability to pass required drug test and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from the ground unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Positive attitude, and ability to work well individually, and as a team member.
