Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous shipping experience preferred.
• Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong team player.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Customer facing with large customers, thereby building trust.
• Defining shipments through UPS, FedEx, etc.
• Pick, process, and fulfill orders in our ERP/Sales system.
• Build and configure hardware components to communicate with our systems.
• Help to define new kits and components for ease of installation.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer parts inventory.
• Contribute to shipping parts and maintaining a strong Parts Operations.
