Qualifications

• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card/Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
• Comfortable operating a non-CDL truck and trailer; able to secure loads.
• Ability to prioritize, route efficiently, and work independently.
• Basic familiarity with parts, tools, and equipment used in construction/maintenance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deploy maintenance inventory, parts, tools, and supplies throughout the Eastern Region using a company vehicle; verify accuracy against lists and orders.
• Prepare, stage, load, and secure equipment, tools, and materials for transport to support field operations.
• Safely mobilize equipment using a non-CDL truck and trailer while following safety standards.
• Assist with daily shop organization, housekeeping, and routine maintenance activities.
• Communicate daily with vendors to place and confirm orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues.
• Independently plan and schedule an efficient workday including routes and deliveries; maintain records.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
