This role includes staffing, performance reviews, and time-keeping duties across multiple shifts, with potential night/weekend hours and overtime. Requirements include a GED or High School diploma with inventory experience, forklift certification, a valid license, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete inventory of parts at the terminal and process purchase orders
• Receive inbound shipments and verify receipts
• Stock parts in proper locations and update information systems
• Maintain safety culture and promote a safe work environment
• Conduct staffing, performance management, and attendance tasks
• Generate regular inventory reports for leadership
• Maintain inventory levels to minimize downtime and costs
• Perform cycle counts and ship/retain parts per warranty guidelines
• Ensure parts are billed to equipment per work orders
