Job summary

Vindis Group Ltd. is recruiting for a Parts Supervisor to join the Aftersales Team. You will be responsible for stock control, KPI monitoring, and leading a small team of Parts Advisors to maintain high service standards.

The role requires significant automotive Parts experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with data management systems. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a competitive bonus scheme and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock of Parts department with accuracy and control obsolescence.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance of the department.
• Ensure accurate perpetual stock takes are conducted.
• Oversee and supervise a small team of Parts Advisors with workload and quality in mind.
• Champion customer service excellence within Aftersales.
• Deliver aftersales processes per training and expectations.
• Maintain documentation and electronic records with high attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with brand and audit standards.
• Develop strong working relationships across service, parts and workshop teams.
• Utilize tools to become a specialist in the area.
• Significant experience in a Parts department, ideally in a senior automotive role.

About the Role:

As a Parts Supervisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the stock of the Parts department meticulously, inclusive of accuracy and obsolescence.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and performance of the department.
• Ensuring accurate perpetual stock takes are undertaken.
• Overseeing and supervising a small team of Parts Advisors, with respect to workload and quality controls.
• Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence.
• Delivering upon the aftersales process as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
• Maintaining documentation and electronic records in a complete and accurate manner, ensuring attention to detail with all administrative tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with Brand and audit standards.
• Developing effective working relationships with the wider aftersales team to ensure that the ‘flow’ of information between departments (service, parts & workshop) is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
• Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.
• Significant experience working in a Parts department, ideally in a senior role within the automotive industry.
• Excellent attention to detail, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using Data Management Systems.
• Demonstrable experience of managing and controlling key KPI's.
• Full UK driving licence
• Direct previous experience as a Parts Supervisor, within the automotive industry.
• Brand Accredited
