Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., the largest Cat dealer in the region, has an immediate opening for a Parts & Stockroom Worker. Under the Parts Manager, you will handle clerical and warehouse tasks across Parts Operations, including parts picking, receiving, and order fulfillment.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, some technical education preferred, and strong customer service along with mechanical aptitude. Forklift experience and basic MS Word/Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in business or technical preferred.
• Strong customer service experience in mechanical/parts environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and provide strong customer service.
• Safely operate a forklift and load/unload parts deliveries.
• Pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated areas.
• Perform basic shipping, receiving and freight handling.
• Inspect cores and warranty processes accurately.
• Understand inventory control principles and work with little supervision.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime as required.
