Job summary

C & B Operations, LLC is seeking a Parts Specialist in Sibley, IA. You will sell, receive, and deliver parts and accessories, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supporting Service Technicians with parts, maintaining displays, and coordinating stock orders. Reliable team player with basic parts knowledge is essential, with on-call rotation during seasonal hours.

• Promotes and sells products and/or services on- and off-site to meet customer needs.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Maintains merchandise displays and keeps the parts area organized and clean.
• Verifies receiving of shipments and places machine down and stock orders in proper locations.
• Assists in expedites issues and communicates with the manager as needed.

C & B Operations with 38 John Deere dealerships across 6 states is searching for a Parts Specialist in Sibley, IA. This position is responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic disposition to meet or exceed the on-going needs of our customers. Prior sales experience and John Deere equipment knowledge is a plus. Fast paced environment, with outside sales development potential for the right individual. Will be expected to be a part of the on call rotation as needed during seasonal hours.

Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. C & B Operations, LLC is a drug-free workplace.

• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to operate a fork lift preferred
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
