Job summary

P&K Keystone, IA is seeking a Parts Specialist to support in-store customer service and manage parts inventory. You will stock, receive, sell and cycle count parts, assist technicians, and keep displays organized while promoting a safe, efficient store environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, handling cash, answering phones, transferring parts between locations, and training to improve product knowledge and sales. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in parts department operations preferred.
• Ability to use desktop applications and internet functions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
