Job summary

P & K Midwest in Keystone, IA is hiring a Parts Specialist to manage in-store parts inventory, assist customers, process sales, and handle opening/closing procedures. Essential duties include identifying customer needs, researching part numbers, stocking, cycle counts, transfers between locations, and supporting service technicians with the right parts.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in parts department operations.
• Computer-based inventory systems experience.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and locate correct parts.
• Process sales and handle cash transactions.
• Stock, receive, and cycle count inventory.
• Assist with merchandise displays and store housekeeping.
