Job Title: Parts Specialist III

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA 30354

Pay Rate: $27.00 – $30.75 hourly on W2

Job Summary

Type: Contract, Hybrid (2-3 days in-office per week)

Duration: 04/29/2025 to 04/28/2026 (potential extension)

Note: This role is exempt from overtime.

Position Overview

The Parts Business Operations team focuses on supply chain management, genuine parts sales, and dealer support to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for Cars North America. The role involves supporting a growing parts operation, managing dealer transactions, and handling special projects to keep the supply chain efficient.

Responsibilities
  • Manage dealer support processes, including inquiries, parts availability, shipment ETAs, and order management.
  • Process parts trades and perform financial reconciliation.
  • Ensure high-quality support ticket resolution and manage escalations.
  • Administer inbound parts supply for campaigns and recalls.
  • Handle special parts returns and manage relevant KPIs.
  • Support special projects, reporting, and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, professionalism, and ability to work in an office environment.
Skills
  • Customer focus, communication skills, and software proficiency (Excel required, SAP/BW a plus).
  • Initiative, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
