Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced automotive parts operation serving a growing national dealer network. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical and customer service skills who can manage evolving priorities, communicate effectively, and ensure operational excellence in parts supply chain processes. This is a dynamic role supporting dealer partners and internal stakeholders by managing inquiries, logistics, transactions, and special projects.

As a key player in the parts business operations team, you will help facilitate the flow of genuine automotive parts to authorized dealerships, ensuring timely and accurate support to dealer partners. Your contributions will help drive dealer efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support contact for assigned dealerships, managing inquiries and dealer support tickets related to:

Parts availability and ETAs

Order management

Warehouse collaboration

Damage claims and shipping issues

Priority order management (VOR)

Process guidance

• Process parts trades between dealerships and ensure financial reconciliation is accurate and timely.
• Administer inbound supply for campaigns and recalls, ensuring correct parts allocation to dealers.
• Manage special parts return campaigns, coordinating with dealers and warehouses to meet deadlines.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service levels and accountability.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs for parts operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects, identifying areas to optimize workflow and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Ideal for a recent college graduate with a professional demeanor and analytical mindset.
• Office experience or internship in operations, logistics, or customer support is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to advocate for dealer partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or BW is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $20 -30/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
