An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance spare parts sales and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. In this role, you will engage with clients through various channels, ensuring timely order processing while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Your proactive approach will contribute to the team’s success as you assist in updating essential documentation and participate in training new team members. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions will directly impact customer relationships and sales growth.
Summary: This position is responsible for assisting internal and external c ustomers in purchasing necessary spare pa rts for their equipment via phone, f ax, e mail and/or other written media while maintaining a high level of customer service and increasing spare parts sales. Other duties include filing of all written documents; routinely updating the P arts T eam essential documentation/manuals and generating customer requested quotes.
Time Utilization: This position will travel up to 5% of the time. Working schedule will be Tuesday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m. with Sundays and Mondays off. During the training period, the working schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate internal and external customer’s schedules. Provide afterhours support as needed.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one - year related experience in sales or customer service.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, & Excel . Experience with ERP systems required. SAP experience preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a passport for travel as required by position.
