The role focuses on coordinating parts, managing inventory levels for service work, and ensuring timely processing of repair orders. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in business or related field, 2+ years in parts or sales, and preferably automotive/heavy‑duty truck experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree from a fully accredited college in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of two years of experience in parts or sales.
• Automotive or heavy‑duty truck experience is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal customer requests and sell parts as needed.
• Generate invoices for repair orders and coordinate with technicians on parts.
• Maintain optimal Idealease parts inventory levels.
• Input parts for Idealease repair orders into CDK.
• Research, source, and acquire parts for Idealease locations including San Leandro and nearby locations.
• Process NexPart orders for service trucks.
• Maintain punctual, regular attendance and timely order processing.
