O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to both retail and installer customers. The role includes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and supporting management in daily tasks.

You will handle phone inquiries, quote prices, and promote the Low-Price Guarantee while ensuring accurate cash handling and transactions. Responsibilities also include processing exchanges/returns, stocking shelves, performing planogram updates, and assisting

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installers in assigned tasks.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by looking up parts and quoting prices.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments accurately.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, and stock checks.
• Perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries when trained.
