Primary Function

You will work on the front counter in the parts department and be the “parts go-to” person. It is helpful to have had at least one year of experience in parts sales and delivery. Experience with heavy equipment parts and brands like MTU, DEVELON, Allison, CAT, or Cummins is a plus. Candidates should have excellent customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Work closely with vendors and customers to provide parts in a timely manner
• Prepare and perform daily & weekly shipments
• Organize and ship parts
• Support shipping and receiving departments as needed
• Create and maintain SOPs for shipping & receiving
• Research parts pricing on vendor websites and databases
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
