Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will assist with merchandise selection and related selling.

You will greet customers, help professionals, handle cash and returns, and participate in daily image maker and planogram updates. Training and in-store services are included where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language proficiency is highly desired (bilingual encouraged).
• ASE certification is noted as desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Serve professional customers with guidance and accuracy as directed by store management.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely and according to policy.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with daily store operations, stocking, housekeeping, and display maintenance.
• Provide store services such as battery checks, wiper installation, and other eligible tasks.
