Compensation Pay Range

$16.66 - $23.00

The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers.
• Support store management in daily tasks.
• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and complete relevant training.
• Answer phone inquiries, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote company programs.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges, returns, and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with store image updates, stocking, and operational tasks.
• Operate store equipment and perform in-store services as trained.
• Occasionally drive delivery vehicle if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
