KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a Parts Specialist, you will deliver customer service to the field to assist in researching and procuring Parts and Supplies for our technicians and clients. You will also support Inventory and Warehouse operations for the organization. Your role involves partnering with our Preferred Customers by consistently providing exceptional solutions.

You will:

1. Order parts for field technicians by reviewing source documents, verifying order accuracy, and entering data into specific software fields.
2. Produce accurate and timely administrative documents such as parts order forms, quote sheets, work orders, time sheets, receipts, and truck stock inventory.
3. Identify and correct data entry errors or report them to your supervisor.
4. Maintain logs of activities and completed work, storing documents appropriately.
5. Receive truck freight shipments and label them upon arrival, if applicable for your location.
6. Check UPS/FEDEX deliveries daily and communicate with Regional Service Managers as needed.
7. Monitor the warranty board daily for parts that need to be returned for credit and process RMAs.
8. Work bi-weekly with operations to ensure warranty and unused parts are returned to vendors for credit.
9. Process and prepare local order pick-ups for WILL CALL.
10. Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures.
