Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Look up parts for customer and service technicians.
• Receive purchase orders and verify quantities match purchase order.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer; accept cash and/or checks, accurately making change, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily tasks such as stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, etc.
• Prepare new, core, and warranty merchandise returns to be shipped to the distribution center; assist with stock adjustments and inventory counts.
