Compensation Pay Range
$15.00 - $20.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, and may be combined if applicable.

The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow all customer service programs and promote their use.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
3. Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent phone service, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting related items.
6. Maintain and secure cash drawer, handle transactions accurately.
7. Process exchanges and returns per policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints courteously.
9. Assist with store image maintenance, stocking, and organization.
10. Perform operational tasks like merchandise returns, stock adjustments, and inventory counts.
11. Operate store equipment after training.
12. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, checking vehicle systems, etc., where legal.
13. Drive delivery vehicle as needed, meeting driving record requirements.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience

Required: Ability to match alphanumeric sequences, provide outstanding customer service, multitask effectively.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred).
