Overview
Universal Fleet RV & Auto Collision, a family-owned business in its 17th year, is seeking a dependable and motivated Parts Assistant. This role supports our RV body shop with ordering and organizing parts, inventory management, and general shop tasks. You’ll also assist with vehicle washing and occasional parts pickups. We repair RVs, buses, boats, and fleet vehicles. Strong attention to detail, is a team player, dependable, and adaptable.
Responsibilities
- Order, receive, and organize parts accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and process returns as needed
- Keep work areas and the facility clean and organized
- Wash RVs and other vehicles when needed
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service
- Report damage or issues to management promptly
- Assist estimators by coordinating parts through CCC1 software
- Perform additional shop and parts-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Knowledge of auto/RV parts and ability to identify most parts
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient with computers and able to multi-task
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stretch as required

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
