Pay:$21-$24 hourly + Overtime

Schedule:

Day Shift

Monday to Friday

As a Parts Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers needing parts and accessories for heavy equipment. This hands-on role combines customer service with inventory and stockroom operations. You’ll work closely with our service team and receive paid, on-the-job training to grow your skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers in-store and over the phone with parts inquiries
  • Use catalogs, schematics, and systems to identify needed parts
  • Process incoming shipments and restock inventory
  • Accurately fill customer and service department orders
  • Prepare invoices, sales receipts, and related documentation
  • Perform inventory checks and help maintain organized stock
  • Inspect parts for defects and manager returns or substitutions

What You Bring

  • A High School diploma or GED with 1+ year in a customer service role (parts counter experience a plus)
  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency.
  • Ability to life up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
