We have a very large inventory to compete with other two of the largest CDJR dealers in Ohio.

Role Description

The Parts Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bedford, OH. This role is responsible for assisting Wholesale customers in identifying, locating, and ordering the correct automotive parts. Our main tools for wholesale are the use of CCC, OPSTrax, and OEconnection for price matching estimates. Daily tasks include answering phones, processing parts orders and returns, and helping the drivers load the vehicles. The role also involves verifying shipments, restocking shelves, and upholding dealership standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication skills for working with customers, and team members, both in person and over the phone.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and the ability to quickly learn manufacturer parts catalogs and dealership systems. (Preferred not required)
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in an automotive dealership, parts department, or related environment is preferred however not a requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
