Job summary

Bruckner Truck & Equipment is seeking a parts shipping/receiving Associate to manage incoming and outgoing shipments and operate a forklift. You will verify shipments, update records, and ensure accurate bin locations within a busy parts department.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in heavy-duty truck parts or warehouse work. Reading and writing English is essential to communicate and document shipments accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years experience with heavy duty truck parts, automotive parts, or retail warehousing.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Recognize the need for urgency in shipping parts, must pay attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Compare information such as counts, weights, or measures against bills of lading and packing lists.
• Determine best method of shipment using knowledge of routes and rates.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move shipments to storage or work area.
• Keep shelves and stock bins clean and properly organized.
• Coordinate with inventory and warranty clerks for proper routing of parts.
