Job summary

George Gee Cadillac Kia is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for the Parts Department. The role focuses on accurate receipt, inspection, and stocking of parts, with attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, labeling, cycle counts, and coordinating with the Parts team to fulfill orders. A valid license and basic computer skills are preferred, with opportunities for growth in a trusted automotive group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry parts as needed.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and merchandise shipments.
• Accurately process and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and organization.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Parts Department staff to fulfill internal and customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory concerns.
• Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
