George Gee Cadillac Kia is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Parts Department in Coeur d'Alene. This role thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, demanding accuracy, teamwork, and reliability to keep parts moving smoothly.

You will inspect incoming shipments, stock inventory, prepare outgoing orders, operate warehouse equipment safely, and collaborate with Parts staff to fulfill internal and customer requests.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry parts and packages as needed.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and merchandise shipments.
• Accurately process and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and organization.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Parts Department staff to fulfill internal and customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory concerns.
• Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
