Job summary

Toyota of North Miami is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment. This role supports inventory control and ensures accurate documentation in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, basic computer literacy, and strong communication skills. A background check and drug screen are required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify information against invoices, orders and other records.
• Determine method of shipment.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments and coordinate with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.
• Maintain a clear and thorough record of all shipments.
