Friendly Chevrolet in Minnesota is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support wholesale and retail customers and manage parts deliveries. You will maintain inventory, assist customers at the counter, and ensure accurate delivery logs and records.

Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with auto parts sales is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist customers promptly and professionally including retail and service.
• Maintain parts inventory and stock shelves, organize bins, and record locations.
• Maintain a delivery board with departure times and destinations.
• Keep a detailed delivery log for returns and funds.
• Assist in physical parts inventory annually.
• Deliver parts to technicians or counter staff; pull orders when needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; shelves and bins orderly.
