Job summary

Penske Motor Group LLC, at Longo Toyota of Prosper in Prosper, TX, seeks a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage shipments and support the parts department. This on-site role requires detail orientation, a team mindset, and reliable communication to ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have basic math skills, a high school diploma, and shipping/receiving experience in a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid TX Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• Minimum 6 months shipping & receiving experience, preferably in a parts department.
• Knowledge of automotive parts; basic math skills.
• Ability to read and interpret English documents; communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Count, weigh, or measure items in shipments and verify against bills of lading and invoices.
• Unload or pack shipments and prepare materials for shipment or storage.
• Fill orders and forward items per tickets.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Sends tracking numbers to guests and supports parts delivery to technicians.
