Jim Shorkey North Hills CDJR is looking for a Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role involves but not limited to receiving and shipping parts, delivering excellent customer service, and keeping accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities:

  • Count, weigh, or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Maintain clear tracking of deliveries
  • Checks with the parts manager, parts counter clerks, and shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
  • Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling the tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed.
  • Assists with shipping and delivery duties for the dealership.
  • Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Clean MVR, pass background and drug screening
  • Have good work ethic
  • 1+ years of Dealership Parts experience
