Job summary

Hyundai of Mobile is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Inventory Specialist to handle all duties related to merchandise receipt and shipment for parts and accessories. The role supports inventory accuracy, processes special orders, and coordinates with departments to ensure timely delivery.

You will be responsible for stocking, verification against PO, and maintaining a clean, organized inventory area, while adhering to safety standards and company policies. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Handle all duties related to merchandise.
• Ship and receive departmental and/or dealership inventory.
• Assist in inventory accuracy and control inventory related records.
• Create special orders as directed by the manager.
• Notify appropriate department when special orders or back-ordered items are received.
• Assist with periodic inventory cycle counts as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with organization and cleanliness of inventory area.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory as well as verifying receipts against purchase orders.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
