A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PARTS AND SERVICE ASSOCIATE: You will serve customers by providing information and answering questions about ABS's products and services. Your day will include creating spare parts lists, processing customer orders, and answering/routing phone calls. You will monitor open orders and contact customers to communicate features, benefits, and technical aspects of our products. As an integral member of our customer support team, you'll work closely with other departments such as project management, shipping/receiving, and field service to coordinate and provide the best experience for our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS: Independent self-starter with energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and persistence. Customer-centered, detail-oriented with excellent phone, computer, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects/tasks, process time-sensitive information, make decisions, and communicate effectively. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in CRM/database, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools. Use of logic and reasoning in decision-making and problem-solving. Two years of experience in service, parts, or customer support preferred.
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday - Thursday from 6 am to 3:30 pm, with a four-hour day on Friday.
