Tri-Lift Industries, Inc. is seeking a parts sales professional in North Carolina to drive orders and provide excellent customer service.

You will use product knowledge to assist customers, process quotes, and promote sales opportunities in a busy warehouse environment. The role requires 1–2 years in industrial parts sales, ability to move portions of orders quickly, and a commitment to accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industrial parts sales required.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Responsabilités

• Receives orders by telephone, mail and in person from walk-in customers.
• Initiates calls to customers to solicit orders and verify marketing information.
• Process quotes for both internal and external customers.
• Promotes aggressive and suggestive selling by product knowledge and personal selling skills.
• Actively seeks additional parts sales opportunities.
• Ensures any customer call-back requests are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Assist technicians/customers at rear counter with parts needs.
• Processes customer orders the same day received with complete documentation.
• Prepares sales orders with terms of sale and delivery.
• Handles customer credits per company policy.
