Job summary

Forest River, Inc. is seeking a parts coordinator to take orders from customers by phone and email and provide intermediate technical assistance. You will identify and package parts for shipment, pull parts from the production plant, and place orders with vendors while maintaining an organized workspace.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and familiarity with RV warranty procedures. Willingness to learn and ability to lift up to 60 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (40-60 wpm preferred).
• Understanding of standard RV warranty policy and procedures.
• Handle customer service by phone or in person.
• RV technical knowledge is preferred, willingness to learn is required.
• Must be able to read and use a measuring tape.
• Previous power tool experience is beneficial.
• Ability to lift, or assist in lifting, packages up to 60 lbs.
