Job summary

Forest River, Inc. is seeking a Parts Specialist to handle orders by phone and email, provide technical assistance to dealers and customers, and prepare parts for shipment.

You will pull parts from production, place orders in the system for vendors, and maintain an organized workspace in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, familiarity with RV warranty policies, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with accurate work habits.
• Basic computer skills; 40–60 wpm preferred.
• Familiar with RV warranty policies and procedures.
• Customer service by phone or in person.
• Willing to learn; RV technical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape.
• Experience with power tools beneficial.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to construct wood crates using nail gun and saws.

• Provide dealers and customers intermediate technical assistance when needed
• Identify and package parts for shipment via UPS or freight truck
• Pull parts from production plant
• Order parts on computer for vendors
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Understanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and procedures
• Handle customer service by phone or in person
• RV Technical knowledge is preferred, willingness to learn is required

• Forklift operating experience is a plus
• Ability to construct wood crates using power nail gun and saws is a plus
