This seasonal part-time position performs customer service duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories, contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership.

You’ll focus on:

• Placing machine down and stocking ordered parts promptly
• Assisting with merchandising displays and showroom inventory
• Verifying receipt of parts shipments
• Monitoring shortages and reporting to expedite processing
• Maintaining a clean and organized parts department
• Selling products and services to meet customer needs
• Supplying Service Technicians with parts timely
• Assisting with after-hours customer and technician parts needs
• Answering phones
• Maintaining reliable attendance
• Transporting and delivering parts and supplies as needed

What we are looking for:

• Experience with John Deere parts preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, including phone interactions
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers
• Teamwork skills
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge
• Proficiency with John Deere computer applications
• Forklift training preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles
• Ability to obtain a medical card for hauling (preferred but not required)

Compensation:

• $15-17/hr DOE

Additional Information:

All new hires must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Depending on the role, DOT drug and alcohol testing may also be required.
