Palmer Johnson is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Sales & Product Support specialist to join our team and support our Drivetrain and Engine customers. This position is based in Sun Prairie, WI, with the flexibility to work remotely from a home office.

About the Role

As a Parts Sales & Product Support, you’ll be the key player in helping our customers—both new and existing—navigate our comprehensive product lines, from their initial inquiry all the way through to delivery. Using our cutting-edge systems, you’ll provide fast, accurate, and top-tier customer service while enjoying the variety of working in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve engaging with customers from around the world, helping them solve problems, and driving sales growth—all while collaborating with a fantastic team.
