Job summary

Titan Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer service, drive parts sales, and ensure efficient operation of the parts department. You will be the frontline ambassador in person and over the phone.

In this role, you’ll leverage product knowledge and digital tools to advise customers, manage inventory, invoicing, and inquiries. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year related experience are required; travel up to 20% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related work experience or a high school diploma/GED.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
