• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons.
• Ability to apply consultative selling techniques effectively in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable parts.
• Handle incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Proactively contact customers to discover needs and promote parts and service solutions.
• Invoice parts to customers with attention to discounts, freight, and payment methods.
• Initiate daily machine-down and stock orders to fulfill transactional needs.
• Ensure the display floor is stocked appropriately and merchandised.
• Assist in receiving daily stock orders and processing transfers.
• Provide support to colleagues within the department as needed.
• Communicate customer concerns to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the department and warehouse.
• Contribute to a safe Parts Department environment.
• File shipment shortages and report inventory adjustments to the Parts Manager.
• Assist with inventory control functions and departmental reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Promote marketing for the Parts department.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Continually learn with parts training.
