Leadership: demonstrates integrity and decisive decision-making.
Flexible schedule: full-time with mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
Bilingual communication: English and Spanish preferred.
Automotive retail experience preferred.
ASE Certification is desirable.

Aufgaben

Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control."
Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns.
Ensure PPE use, promote safety practices, and uphold safety standards.
Support commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries and customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
