• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink for efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
