As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead by example under the Store Manager, guiding sales, inventory control, and timely deliveries while upholding safety and company standards. Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supervisory roles within retail or automotive settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
• Experience in automotive retail and customer service excellence.
• ASE Certification is preferred and valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Lead efforts in parts sales and timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub department deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
