Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication a plus; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Lead parts sales, inventory management, and timely returns processing.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for on-time deliveries.
