Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team on-site in the West Cedar Rapids area. You will support the Store Manager in supervising staff, training, and delivering WOW! Customer Service while managing inventory and merchandising.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication in English and Spanish, and a proven background in automotive retail. ASE certification is preferred, and a flexible full-time schedule is available to cover

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise store team, training and developing high-performing employees.
Maintain clear communication with customers and team to ensure WOW! service.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control and efficiency.
Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory and returns processing.
Enforce PPE use, promote safety practices and uphold safety standards.
Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
