Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training and developing staff.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage inventory efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, staff, and departments.
• Monitor metrics and adherence to store procedures, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage across the store.
• Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries with hub departments.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding company policies.
