Responsibilities

• Leadership: Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Communication: Maintain clear interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Metrics mindedness: Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process orientation: Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with store staff and department leaders for seamless operations.
• Parts sales & inventory management: Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Safety & compliance: Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial account support: Assist in managing commercial/hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Problem solving: Resolve customer concerns and store issues in line with policies.
