Job summary

Under the Store Manager guidance, MITs and team members will be coached, inventory and merchandising optimized, and safety standards upheld as you help customers get the right parts and solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in automotive retail or service environment.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English required.
• ASE Certification preferred or relevant automotive certifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the store.
• Supervise, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver WOW! Customer Service.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and timely returns processing.
• Uphold safety, PPE usage, cash handling, and shrink control; ensure adherence to company policies.
