Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train and develop a high performing team.

• Experience in automotive retail with focus on parts sales and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing staff to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and store performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures for cash handling, shrink control and safety.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support timely deliveries and service.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding company policies.
