As a Parts Sales Manager in Falls Township, PA, you will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering trusted automotive solutions. You’ll supervise, train, and develop associates, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail or service environments.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Bilingual communications in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and training staff.
• Drive sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink control, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with commercial and hub departments to fulfill customer needs.
